Rideshare Legal Services can connect you with a certified financial counselor to analyze your financial situation, and provide advice. Each session is personalized to your situation. This may include reviewing your budget, conducting a Debt Analysis, analyzing your credit line.
For those in debt, you may be referred to a Debt Management Program (DMP) to work with your creditors. If this is the case, you may be able to:
- Reduce or eliminate your interest
- Waive late or over the limit fees
- Lower your payments
- Consolidate your debt into one simple and affordable payment
- Get you out of debt in 5 years or less

The Free Debt Analysis is a free consultation with a credit counselor.The credit counselor may talk to you about the Debt Management Program (DMP), which includes a fee for that program based on the state you reside in. There is no obligation to enter into a Debt Management Program when seeking guidance from a credit counselor.
What is a Debt Management Program (DMP)?
The DMP simplifies the process of paying your bills by paying all your debts through your plan.You will send a monthly payment to SafeGuard Credit and they will disperse the appropriate amount to your creditors. You will always continue to receive your monthly credit card statements as you have been, so you can monitor all of your accounts. By reducing the interest rates, more of your money goes to the principal and less to interest. Your payments will now make more of an impact on your balances and you will become debt free at a much faster pace.
